Abstrak Generally, the study aims to validate the success rate of financial information system in the jepara district. Research variables can be grouped into independent, dependent and mediation. Independent variables include: system quality, information quality, and service quality. While mediating variables, including: user satisfaction, and the intensity of use. The dependent variable is the performance of the individual and organizational performance. The population in this study is the research is all sectors in the district. Jepara using SIKD of 30 (thirty) SKPDs and 16 districts. Respondents were SIKD users, ie the accounting department staff, staff treasurer, treasurer and treasurer maid. The method of sampling conducted census. Methods of analysis with partial least square (with the help of software SmartPLS X64 3.1.5). The results showed that the model of success delone Mclean not supported empirically. Shown from 9 hypotheses tested, only four (4) hypotheses are supported. Variables which became a major determinant in the success SIKD is the quality of the system.
